Project #9

  1. I like your point about expectations. It is important that the expectations are attainable by the students, so they are not immediately hit with failure.

The group did a good job of summarizing the sections assigned. I liked your podcast, but I think it would have been easier to listen to if it was a conversation. It hard for anyone to just listen to a summary of what you read. Dr. Strange really wanted this to be a conversation between the three of you.

  2. Much more conversational than the first six I listened to. That is wonderful. I am so tired of listening to people read with no enthusiasm in their voices.

I thought you did (the group) a good job of summarizing the book. More examples would have been helpful but you have not yet had an opportunity to build up a set of examples you can share. You will when you start practicing as a project based instructor.

Can you see the pattern Markham describes at work in EDM310? I think so since you made a few references in that direction.

    A very good podcast. Thanks!

If he had listened to others he would probably have agreed with me that yours was much more conversational than the others!

The previous comment was deleted because I added an additional sentence after I read Stephen's comment which I did after I posted the original version of my comment.
